Mrs. Lilly Matenge

Mrs. L.G. Matenge is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years working experience. She has extensive experience in business finance, accounting and financial analysis. Lilly was the Financial Controller of Botswana Diamond Valuing Company (BDVC) and by virtue of her position also a member of the Board. She was involved in the transition from BDVC to DTCB as Finance Project Manager. She has been an independent financial & accounting consultant for over twenty five (25) years. She has sat on a number of boards of various organisations. As the Director of Lil-Que Consultants, her key performance areas involve managing the following for a number of companies; financial management; accounting; internal auditing; project management and human resource services. Mrs. Matenge is a Fellow Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA). Mrs. Quena Nkate

Mrs. Q.T. Nkate, currently the Managing Director of Lil-Que Consultants, has over 30 years of Accounting & Financial experience acquired in a number of large and reputable organizations. During her career life, she has served in various capacities including being a Management Accountant of Debswana, Branch Accountant of Botswana Meat Commission (BMC) both in Maun and Senior Accountant in Lobatse. Her main strengths are on the following areas; Company Secretarial services, Project Management & Project Finance, Business Development Management & Analysis, Problem Solving Mechanisms & Business Solutions.
Her major achievements include having successfully led the Botswana Diamond Valuing Company (BDVC) Finance Department re-structuring project and winding up of Maun abbattoir during the cattle lung disease epidemic. As an experienced Company Secretarial services expert, Quena has extensive experience advising company boards of directors. She has done work on compliance and corporate governance. Her capabilities and credibility as a member of the Team is unequivocal.
